Shelly

Administrative Director

I am Shelly Hirsch, the Administrative Director and Patient Advocate at Hearing and Speech Connection, a position I've held with dedication for nearly eight years. My upbringing on a farm in Kinsey, Montana, instilled in me a deep connection to the community I serve. My academic path began at Miles Community College, where I earned an Associate's Degree in Medical Transcription and a Certificate in Office Information Technology in 2003, followed by an Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting from MSU-Billings College of Technology in 2004.

My life is wonderfully full, thanks to my four beautiful daughters who fill each day with joy and activity. I have a passion for games, art, and crafts, often finding myself lost in a game of dice with friends, expressing my creativity through painting and woodworking, or enjoying crafts with my children. Family time is precious to me, and I treasure every moment with my girls.

In my professional life, I excel in patient interaction, skillfully handling a variety of concerns from hearing aid issues to billing questions. My commitment to ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for every patient is a hallmark of my daily work. Advocacy and education form the foundation of my approach, as I strive to ensure everyone receives the necessary care and information. My passion for my role and my ongoing quest for knowledge are what make me an essential part of the Hearing and Speech Connection team.
